He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Dunlap; and his parents, Carl Dunlap and Olive Dunlap. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki (John Culpepper), Brenda (Shane Smith) and Gay Greif; his grandchildren, David and Amy Culpepper Mann of Colby Smith; and his siblings, Larry Allen Dunlap and Sally Joan Boettjer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
