He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew John and Norma Gould DeVost. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Devost of Voorherville, NY, Andrew Devost of Nelliston, NY and Steven DeVost (Jackie) of Fredricksburg, VA; and his stepsons, Parrish Carlyle (Karen) of Concord and Dr. Phillip Carlyle (Alex) of St. Simons. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741 in memory of Mr. Devost.
