She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Anderson and Eugenia Whitley Anderson; and her siblings, Joyce Stevenson, Mary Gossett, Ricky Anderson and Jimmy Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Erin Formby (Shane) and Cindy Trice (Tim); her grandchildren, Magan Brown, Callie Trice, Mathew Trice, Caleb Formby and Timothy Formby; and her great grandchildren, Kaden Brown and Kindle Brown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
