He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Wesley Wormsley and Cleta Curtain Wormsley; and his brothers, Glenn, Jimmy, Paul and Tommy Wormsley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Wormsley; his children, Kyle Douglas Wormsley, Jr. (Jennifer), Ronnie Lee Wormsley, Sharon Sue Donaldson and William "Bill" Dan Wesley Wormsley; and his sister Joann Kravis (Bob). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
