She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wayne Phillips; her sister Sandra Harris; and her parents, Garner Harris and Mavis Harris. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Laine and Jeff Phillips; her grandchildren, Randa Kelsall-Hardwick (Joe), Cody Perry, Kayleigh Perry, Chelsea Gay (Tyler) and Dylan Phillips (Cara); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Liam, Sage, Skyla and Violet; and her brothers, Gene Paul Harris and Johnny Harris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
