It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georganne Guthrie of Willacoochee, Georgia, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Georganne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vasco George and Ila Jean Harper Guthrie; and her sister Angie Guthrie. She is survived by: her nephew Cory Crews (Jayme) of Willacoochee; and her great-niece Illa Crews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hebron Baptist Church (280 Main St, Willacoochee, GA 31650). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
