He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jowers and Aline Holland Jowers. He is survived by: his brother Edward Jowers (Lorene) of Quitman; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Mosley of Adel, Teresa Sumner (Bill) of Ocilla, Belinda Williams (Scott), Terrolyn Foster of St. Simons Island, Gary Williams (Brenda) of Brunswick, Lamar Jowers (Debbie) of Nashville and Ramie Jowers (Heather) of Waverly.
