He was predeceased by: his father Paul Leroy Fulghum Sr. Paul; his daughter Jaqueline Riley Fulghum; his stepfather Wayne Charles; and his sisters, Barbara Fulghum Clemmons and Mary Elizabeth Fulghum.
He is survived by: his mother Mattie Stowe Charles; his children, Misty Williams (Michael) and Cage Fulghum; his grandchildren, Makenlie, Ryan and Trever Williams; and his siblings, Tesha Charles Sloan, Jackie and Jeff Charles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
