He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus N. Tims and Mildred G. Tims; his sisters, Carolyn Washington and Susie Bass; and his brothers-in-law, Bud Washington and Tony Bass.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Raines Tims; his sons, N. Wayne Tims, Jr. and Dennis; his daughter-in-law Amy Tims; his grandchildren, Lauren Brumbelow (Cody), Hannah Skidmore (Deric), Isaac Millican and Joshua Ibach; his great grandchildren, Layla Daniel, Tucker Brumbelow, Gracie Brumbelow and Josie Skidmore; and his brother Don Tims. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
