He was predeceased by: his parents, Fran Neely and Alma Neely; his sister Violet Neely; his significant other Carolyn Moore of Signal Mountain; and also Faye Neely.
He is survived by: his brother Frank Neely (Marjorie); and his children, Marshall Neely (Bonnie), Marie Neely and Scott Neely (Gay) of Wildwood. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
