She was predeceased by: her husband Charles T. Coates Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Belvia Coates Pruitt; her granddaughter Carrie Belvia Pruitt Walls; and her sister Gertrude Daniels Oliver. She is also survived by one daughter, two sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
