He was predeceased by: his parents, Leman F. Shelton and Willie Rose Cross Shelton of Wildwood, Georgia.. He is survived by: his son Baxter Shelton of Atlanta; his siblings, Roger Shelton of Wildwood and Kristy; his brother-in-law Tony Gresham of Huntersville, NC.; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Shelton, Jon Shelton (Brooke), Brian Gresham (Jen) and Brooke Vuljanic (Caleb).
