He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Williams, Sr. and Ione Zelma Liston Williams; and his wife Joyce Williams. He is survived by: his children, Michael Williams and Kathy Butler; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Butler, Marissa Butler and Ashton Williams; and his great grandchild Riley Womack.
