He was predeceased by: his parent Leo Hector Berard. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Jean Shirey; his wife Mary Berard of Whitesburg; his children, Jennifer Jean Reese (Mike) of Carrollton and Richard S. Berard; and his granddaughter Taylor Reese.
