With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rayford Lee Garrett of Whitesburg, Georgia, born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on July 4, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerrell Garrett and Doris Cleveland Garrett; and his sister Carolyn Garrett Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Byers Garrett of Whitesburg; his son Thomas Charles "Tommy"; his daughter-in-law Suzy Garrett; his granddaughters, Kristen Yates and Kinley Garrett; and his siblings, Charlotte Jumper, Dorothy Garrett and Glenn Garrett.
