He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Gene Nichols of Whitesburg and Shaun Nichols of Whitesburg; and his sisters, Marion Stanley of Elijay, Roxanne DeBuc of Wadley, Ala, Lila Griffin of Las Vegas, Delena Diaz of Cumming and Kristen Taylor of Buford. He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
