Handley; her son Lanny Eugene Handley; her son-in-law Paul Smith; and her siblings, Ruby Roberts Rigbsy, Charlene Roberts Nalley, Jane Roberts Gaddy, Edgar Jackie Roberts, Ralph Roberts and Roger Lee Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila White of Whitesburg and Teresa Smith of Whitesburg; her brother James David Roberts; her daughter-in-law Kathy Handley; and her grandchildren, Shonda Grimes, Shon Handley, Heather McGinnis, Brittany Hampton and Seth Handley. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
