He is survived by: his children, Johnny Alan Shepherd (Kim), Rebecca Dawn Worcester, Kristy Leann Kelley (Robert "Joe") and Shelly Diane Davis; his siblings, Ronald Shepherd (Mazie), Betty Lumpkin and Rita Smith (Randy); his grandchildren, Kimberly Walling (Marcus), Kevin Worcester, Heather McElroy (Todd), Holly Shepherd, Wesley Shepherd, Ryan Shepherd and Justin Davis (Emily); his great grandchildren, Aubrey Worcester, Colton Stokes, Raylan Walling, Lincoln Davis and Alayna McElroy; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Keith, Joan Thornton Shepherd, Bingo and Marie Goddard; and his pet Gizmo.
