He was predeceased by: his father John Alfred Blair Sr.; and his sisters, Betty Jo Henley and Patricia Joan Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Thompson Blair; his wife Melissa Staneck Blair; his children, William Anthony (Angela Blair), Crystal Louise Blair, Andrea Lea (Matthew Kelly), Tasha Nicole (Merlin Omar Padilla Ortiz) and Kimberly Michelle Blair (Sonny Boyce); and his brothers, James David Blair and Richard Dennis Neill. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
