Joe Keaton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Keaton of Whitesburg, Georgia, born in Villa Rica, Georgia, who passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Keaton and Freddie Mae Morris Keaton; his wife June Keaton; and his brothers, Dennis Keaton and Randall Keaton.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Alan Jones; his grandchildren, Josh (Andy), Kyle (Kylie) and Alli (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Harper, Wyatt, Windom and Estelle; his siblings, Joan Armstrong, Harold Keaton and Billy Keaton; his nieces, Karen, Tara and Buffy; his friends, Dustin and Trina; and his close friends, Robin and Renee. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and a number of other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fraternal Order of Police/ Billy Rowland Fund. There will be a donation box provided at the service or you may mail donations to Carrollton Police Department 115 West Center St. Carrollton, GA 30117.
