She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Kenneth "Ken" Hopson; and her brother Jeff Hopson. She is survived by: her mother Sara Ellen Morrow Hopson; her husband Jon Melvin Burns; her children, Justin Holloway, Jordan Norton (Rudy), Nicholas Burns and Alexandra Wood (Ashton); her grandchildren, Cadence Holloway, Paisley Holloway, Holly Davis, Hayden Davis, Lane Norton, Kylin Wood, Ella Wood, Albie Wood and Luke Turner; her siblings, Sally Benson (Kevin) and Jake Hopson (Deena); and her caregiver Rebecca Jones.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Jerri's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
