He was predeceased by: his parents, Labron Carnes and Gertrude Bowman Carnes; and his siblings, Johnny Carnes and Shirley Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Carnes; his daughters, Jill Howard (Scott) and Inga Fuller (Lee); and his stepchildren, Stacy Bradley (Ronnie) and Shane Pledger. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
