He was predeceased by: his parents, Sol Skipper and Eloise Hardy Skipper; and his brothers, Gene Skipper, Tim Skipper and Calvin Skipper.
He is survived by: his wife Judy McElwain Skipper; his son Ben; his daughter-in-law Lani Skipper; his grandson Chase Benjamin Skipper; and his siblings, Martha Sangster and David Skipper.
