He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel W. Parker, Sr. and Mary Brewer Parker; his uncle Bill Smith; and his aunt Mildred Parker. He is survived by: his wife Janice Cooper Parker; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Brandi Parker; his grandsons, Joseph, Benjamin and Isaac; his sister Elizabeth Lockaby; his aunt Margaret Smith (Bodge); and his close friend Marion Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
