It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Foster Moore of White, Georgia, born in Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jewell Moore and Sam Wilkey; his daughter Wendy Moore; his sister Cynthia Taylor; and his nephew Norman Moore Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Mary Freeman; his children, Jamie Moore and Jonathan Lawrence; and his siblings, Janice Banks (Allen), Ella Perkinson, Norman Moore Sr., Ricky Moore and Betty.
