He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kinsey and Elzoria McAllister Kinsey; and his siblings, Evelyn Chosewood and David Kinsey. He is survived by: his wife Annie Bulgin Kinsey; his children, James Larry Kinsey (Dale Adams) and Sandra Kinsey Gamerl; his son-in-law Dave Gamerl; his son Gary Douglas Kinsey (Dana Ellis) of Cleveland; his grandson David Lee Kinsey; his sisters, Vera Mae Shelnut and Willie Mae; his brother-in-law Thomas Hooper; his brothers, Waymon (Kathy Kinsey) and Roy Lee Kinsey (Louise Kinsey); and his brother-in-law Grady Chosewood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
