She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon Waddell and Louise Waddell; her husband James Edward Couch; her sister Judy Waddell; and her niece Brenda Stevens.
She is survived by: her brother William Waddell; her siblings-in-law, Mary Owens, Clyde Couch of Cartersville Georgia and Ernest Couch of Cartersville Georgia; her pet Sadie; and also Ramona Collum. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
