He was predeceased by: his parents, Acie "Pete" Franklin Sinclair and Pearl King Sinclair; his wife Virginia Kay Sinclair; and his sisters, Ellen Morris (Benny), Ann Fossett (William) and Shelby McDaniel.
He is survived by: his sister Grace Ingram; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Kay Rutledge (Jimmy) and Alton Kay (Brenda); his nieces and nephews, Joel Kay (Lori), Darlene Johnson (David), Vickie Elrod (Michael), Johnathan Rutledge (Ashley), Christopher Rutledge, Wayne Seymour (Karen), James Seymour, Michael Fossett (Linda) and Frank Morris (Christy); and his great-nephew Kason Rutledge.
