She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jack and Beatrice Head McAdams; her husband Burton Urbanick; and her granddaughter Bonnie Joy Urbanick. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Urbanick of White, GA, David Urbanick (Kay) of Villa Rica, GA and Bron Urbanick (Lori) of Lemont, IL; her grandchildren, Chad Urbanick (Kaye Lee), Clayton Urbanick (Lindsay), Colin Urbanick (Lauryn), Travis Urbanick, Jordan Urbanick (Mackenzie) and Zachary Urbanick (Megan); her great grandchildren, Ewan, Lucy, Matilda, Gwendolyn and James Scott; and her sister Donna Swanger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
