He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Weis (Jeremy Altom) of Waynesville and Kirby Pitts (Grady) of White Oak; his grandchildren, Daren Weis, Savana Weis and Charles Cooler; and his siblings, Tommy Carter (Gwen) of Hortense, David Carter (Joey Carroll) of Brunswick, Anita Chandler of Waverly and Angie Carter of Waverly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
