We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 99, Morene Hopper of White Oak, Georgia, born in Stephens, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Holland and Henry Turner Holland; and her husband James E. Hopper. She is survived by: her children, Horace Hopper of San Antonio, TX, Dorothy O'Quinn (Tom) of Moore, SC and Henry Hopper (Susan) of Summerville, SC.; and her grandchildren, Michael P. O'Quinn, MD, Matthew Hopper, Atty, Amanda Hopper, RN, Elizabeth O'Quinn and Lab Tech. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, 1 niece and 4 nephews.
Due to Covid-19 social distancing and face masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Morene's name to Wolffork Baptist Church, 553 Wolffork Church Road, Rabun Gap, GA 30568.
