He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Grissett and Francis E. Grissett; and his siblings, Ann Kendrick, Bobbie Ray Grissett and Roy Grissett.
He is survived by: his wife Paula "Gwyn" Grissett of Whigham, Georgia; his children, Jodie Lynn Sellars (Kevin) of Tallahassee and Raymond D. Grissett (Lindsey) of Anniston, Alabama; and his sister Carol Boyd (Buddy). He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
