We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2023, at the age of 83, Leonard Clayton of Whigham, Georgia, born in Climax, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leonard Clayton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhoda Vea Hall and Wyatt Elias Clayton; and his sister Lizzie Francis Curby Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Lee Clayton; his children, Lanon Clayton of Barnesville, GA and Katherine Clayton of New York, NY; his grandchildren, Seargent Cyril "Cy" E. Clayton (Doriann) of Überlingen and Austin Clayton of Skowhegan; his great grandchildren, Dean, Daxtyn, Donovan, Scarlett, Markus and Magnus; and his sisters, Sarah Dell Dekle of Cairo, GA and Nettie Sue Willis of Whigham, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved friends.
