We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2020, at the age of 72, Charles D Phillips of Whigham, Georgia, born in Thomasville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Justin and Hazel Rae Miller Phillips; and his brother Durwood Edwin Phillips. He is survived by: his friend Tommy; his sons, Brandon Clay Phillips of Whigham, GA and Charles Tyler Phillips of Whigham, GA; his grandchildren, Cohen Phillips and Hazel Winifred Phillips; and his sister-in-law Pam Long Phillips.
