C., Ryan Kelly (Cassandra) of Tifton, Irene Kelly and Ricky Kelly; his grandchildren, Rodney Brown (Sheila), Melissa Cooper (Keith), Calvin Robinson (Tocoa), Stephanie Hernandez (Christian), Shayla Bolden (Bille), Joshua Kelly, Jamie Brown, Jeffery Taylor, Jacob Paige, Kelli Robinson, Jeremy Brown, Trey Shipp (Kimmy), Isreal Bryant (Isella), Victoria Kelly, Taj Kelly, Jada Shipp, Zada Smith, Camille Kelly, Isaac Kelly, Alexis Kelly, Isaiah Kelly and Nila Kelly; and his siblings, Willie Protho, W. C. Protho, Rufus Protho, Boysie Ree Protho, Eva Mae Vanover, Alsene Hill, Fannie Moses and Azzie Waye. He was also cherished by great grandchildren.
