He is survived by: his son Dr. Willie L. Todd, Jr. of Columbia, SC; his granddaughters, Tatia Young of West Point, GA and Jessica Todd of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Ruby Todd of Louisville, KY, Juanita Lynch of Lanett, AL, Richard Todd, James Todd of West Point, GA, Brenda Floyd (Curtis) of Valley, AL, Preston Todd of West Point, GA, Luke Todd of Louisville, KY and Mirrion Merriweather (Greg) of Louisville, KY; his close friend Annie Lois Hollis of Manchester, GA; and his friends, Ella Dunson of West Point, GA, Joe and Gloria Carter of West Point, GA. He is also survived by other relatives including nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
