He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Waller, Sr. and Elizabeth Smith Waller of Virginia; his wife Gloria Black Waller; his daughter Angela Montene Waller Bailey; his sister Brenda Montene Waller Upchurch; and his brother-in-law Charles Tanner.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Michele Waller Terlisner (Chad); and his sister Margaret Elizabeth Waller Tanner.
