Sands of West Point, GA; his stepsons, Patrick, Reggie, Brandon and Mike Turman of Roanoke, AL; his siblings, Bobby Joe Barber (Ethel) of Lanett, AL, Jeffery Boyd (Mary) of Dallas, GA, Anthony Barber (Jackie) of Montgomery, AL, Gwendolyn Dardy (Joey), Janice Heard (Jamie) of Lanett, AL and Lacey Sands Ward of LaGrange, GA; his caregiver Tony Sands of West Point, GA; and his close friends, Frankie Pittman of West Point, GA, Bobby Williams of West Point, GA, William Wilson of West Point, GA and Tony Dozier of Roanoke, AL.. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
