Mary Louise Gardei Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Louise Gardei of West Point, Georgia, who passed away on August 9, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Ray and Mary Borders Ray; and her siblings, James W. Ray, Jr., Edward Ray and Janie Mitchum.
She is survived by: her friend Please; her daughter Patti Scalf of Valley; her grandchildren, Trace Scalf (Breen) of Valley and Shea McNeilly (Scott) of Matthews; her sister Ruth Lee of Decatur; and her friend Daisy Gilliam. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Methodist Church or Chattahoochee Hospice.
