She is survived by: her children, Shairl Davidson (Tommie) of West, Benjamin Strickland of LaFayette, AL and Walter J. Strickland of West Point, GA; her sister Mary P. Holloway of LaFayette, AL; her niece Rebecca Lee of Valley, AL; and her close friends, Dorothy McClure and Regina Lovely. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
