He is survived by: his wife Wanda Williams Mathis; his children, Tiffany Duffee (Jake) and Nathan Farrow; his brother Steve Mathis (Becky); his grandchildren, Cadyn Ray, Emmaleigh Duffee and Elly Kate Farrow; his uncle James Pitts; and his cousins, DeeDee Colley and J. J. Pitts. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
