Carlisle, Monica Broughton of LaFayette, AL, Cambre Flurry of Opelika, AL and Zantavious Booker of Lanett, AL; his grandson Preston Ware of Opelika, AL; his stepchildren, Ranessia Miles, Tymichael Mithcell and Kentavious Mile; his father Rev. Jimmy Carlisle (Patricia) of Lanett, AL; his siblings, Kimberly Story (Charles), Angela Brown (Ronald), Frederica Talley (Teddy), Willie B. Thomas, Walter Thomas, Peter Thomas and James C. Matthews; his aunts and uncles, Helen Holloway, Doris Thomas (William), Louise Askew (Melvin), Mary Johnson, Judy Barthel (Jesse), Carolyn Meadow (Michael), Gloria Stillwell, Vivian Carlisle, William Carlisle (Lenora), Eddie B.
