Jackson of West Point, GA and Christopher Bryant of Opelika, AL; his brothers, Christopher Menefee of Opelika, AL and Cornelius Welch of Opelika, AL; his grandmother Eva Mae Jackson of West Point, GA; his aunts, Kim Jackson of Loganville, GA, Ann Bandy of Opelika, AL, Ester Kirk (Billy) of Opelika, AL, Ethel Todd (Clifford) of Valley, AL, Rosie Bryant of Opelika, AL, Cynthia Bryant of Opelika, AL, Jessie Carlisle of Florida, Bertha Wallace of Opelika, AL, Prescilla Miller of Lanett, AL and Annie Williams of Opelika, AL; his uncle Steve Jackson (Vera) of Gardendale, AL; his great-uncle Wilbert Patrick (Enna) of Opelika, AL; and his great-aunt Ida Lue Melton of Opelika, AL. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The lying in state was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church (2000 S Uniroyal Rd, Opelika, AL 36801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
