She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter S. Greathouse, Sr. and Bessie Lee Carrington Greathouse; her husband J. B. Farrar; and her daughter Sandy Starr. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Woodruff (Freddie), Peggy Lindsay (Don Coleman), Susan Bassett, Dottie Farrar and Fred Farrar (Dana); her brother Malcomb Greathouse; and her grandchildren, Tina Craig (Chuck), Chris Bassett, Jake Farrar, Ben Farrar and Justin Cross (Amy). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews.
