She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Lewis of Newnan and Mary Ann Smoot; her grandchildren, Christopher Smoot (Cayla), Jon Perri Lewis, Dana Marie Lewis Hernandez, Joshua Smoot, Mark Leone and Justin Smoot; and her great grandchildren, Eztevan Hernandez, Alazandro Hernandez and Ecaterina Hernandez.
