He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee O'Steen and Cadwin Mobley O'Steen. He is survived by: his wife Willene Wooten O'Steen; his children, Dawn Shipp (Trey), Jonathan O'Steen (Emily) and Justin O'Steen (Ashley); his sister Karen Grantham Smith (Guy); and his nieces and nephews, Jan Grantham Scott and Ronald Grantham.
