He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Monroe Mobley and Hortense Wilcox Mobley; his son-in-law Jerry L. Kirkland; and his sister Cadwin O'Steen. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Grantham Mobley of West Green, GA; his children, Rodney Mobley (Wanda) of West Green, HA, Calvin Lamar Smith of West Green, GA, Beth Kirkland of Nicholls, GA and Lynn Silas (Joey) of Douglas, GA; and his siblings, Marvin "Buddy" Mobley of Waycross, GA and Elnora Lott of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
