She was predeceased by: her father Jart U. Cooper; her husband Woodrow Simmons; her mother Mamie Sapp Simmons; and her brothers, Ingram L. Cooper, John Thomas Cooper and James Milton Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Tony M Simmons (Ramona) of West Green, GA, Terrell Simmons (Harriet) of Denton, GA and Lisa Ann Lombardi (Jamie) of West Green, GA; her granddaughters, Tonya M. Simmons, Antonia L. Nipper (Cory) and Sarah Simmons Mikell (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Kensley Day, Michael Day, Maggie Mikell and Justice Smith. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
