With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eddie Peterson of West Green, Georgia, who passed away on September 17, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Peterson and Ruth Courson Peterson; and his siblings, Joyce P. Brown and Wayne Peterson. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Jones (Chip) of Douglas, GA and Kesha Miles (Steven) of Hazlehurst, GA; his grandchildren, Keirton Miles, Ruth Ann Miles, Courtney Fuller (Richard), Amanda Merritt (Jay), Jaci Jones and Madison Jones; his great grandchildren, Aleigh Fuller, Ross Fuller, Ian Merritt and Noah Merritt; and his sister-in-law Shirley Peterson of Baxley, GA..
Those attending are ask to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and wear protective masks in accordance with the guidelines concerning the coronavirus.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Sims Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
