He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Carver and Bathsheba Ellis Carver; his daughter Teresa Carver Altman; his grandson Jameson Carver; and his siblings, Ira, T. J., Frank, Warren, James, Elmer Carver, Marie Yawn, Ollie Wadkins, Senella Zuckerman and Ludie Meeks.
He is survived by: his wife Juanelle Williams Carver of West Green; and his children, Joey Carver of Nicholls, Dale Carver (Leslie) of Carrollton, Jeffery Carver of Alma, Karen Carver Wilcox (Michael) of Hazlehurst and Debra Carver of Douglas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
